AUSTINE LORDLAZ
This Professional Film and Theatre Director / writer holds a masters degree in directing for TV and Theatre  and the radio from University of Calabar where he also graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts . He is an Artist to the soul, with active years of Experience in Theatre and Film production. His postmodernist approaches in directing dubbed him “the Artistic Taliban”. He is also a Writer, Poet, Critic and an Actor with over 46 stage plays to his credit as a Director and Actor. His prowess has been established in his works as the Director of Cross River State inaugural Command Performance for  the Governor -Prof. Ben Ayade Led Exco : Gramma Don do, (2015), he was also commissioned by the University of Calabar Authority to direct back to back command performances for the 28th and 29th convocation ceremonies which featured the music-comic "Gramma don do" and spine Chilling "Hangmen also die". Austine Lordlaz also directed the national revolutionary stage play black market (on nationwide tour)  from the stables of theatre la mask and clay touch productions. the success of the play  attracted cross river state government and the play made a comeback in the famous calabar festival 2017

 Apart from his independent film making which has seen him direct Isabella (2011) Crossed fingers (2013) and the adrenaline pumping "Never say Ajantala" (2016), and "Home" a short film on child neglect and abandonment  , he is a long standing Unit production Manager and production /Artist Coordinator with Ebonylifetv ‘s scripted programming department- (DSTV 165), a Director on contract with Tholakele productions Calabar. Austine Lordlaz is the founder of Greenwich Media plus – (a Media outfit with great passion for film making, documentaries, advertorials, radio and television content development and Artiste management) , Child rights film initiative, and My poor friends and I initiative…  his short film Home (2017) written,produced, directed and edited by him shows his dexterity and versatility in film making. Austine Lordlaz also produced  the the much talked about film gone nine months (2017) alongside the director Lola Okusami . Austine Lordlaz  worked on the set of the  the nollywood record breaking film - TWP2 the wedding party 2 (2017)
