The Schemer - Episode 2.

...Even Gina was shocked! Mike and Ken stood still, and their wide opened mouths could be likened to a Yoruba man stereotype expression. "You can't just stand there and stare at us! What is this? And how did you come about it?" Mike queried. Another shock reaching Ken whose eyes pans from Gina to his friend, Mike, in disbelief. Not for anything else, but for the fact that his friend has spoken as a man for once! One thing was certain, Ken was happy his friend was finally up to reality and one could read the  "Yo, that's my Gee and my Niggy" expression on his face. He almost made a "thumbs up" sign but consciously tightened his fist by his side when he reasoned "but to what end?" For how long can his friend sustain his newly acquired guts? As if to  justify his skepticism, Gina turned the table just in a flash. The swift movement of her hand sent reverberation to Mike's ear. "Never talk to me in such a manner again!" She added with a long hiss of finality typical of a quarrelsome Nigerian girl. Mike froze for a second as the slap must have altered some default settings in him. Ken on the other hand was more quiet than a graveyard. No movement, no breathing. He surely must have lost the courage to fan his friend's "one minute manhood exercise". Within him, Mike just experienced what a Nigerian youth would tag "She don change am for am".  All these happened so fast. Gina bent, picked the object from the rug. She brandished it before Mike who was literally deaf and dumb. "This condom is what we used yesterday for the HIV-AIDS Campaign of WHO, so, stop thinking silly!" Mike's nod in acceptance was more rhythmic than a Lizard's. Oh, not again! Ken rethought. How on earth could his friend believe a used condom containing a milky fluid was for HIV-AIDS Campaign!
